Webcasting
A Professional way of recording the session, including synchronized PowerPoint and video (Head shot video only) recording, as picture-in-picture “windows”, with audio.
“Hosting” is included:
Post session, the material will be edited- the editing will include cutting of presentations according to speakers, and building an index page. Once editing is completed, the material will be uploaded to a webpage, which will be hosted on a supplier server. A link to that page will be delivered to the client. The link can then be embedded in any website by the client.

- Raw material will also be delivered on a hard drive
- Webcast archive duration will be determined by the client
- The link will not be uploaded to the congress website

Video/Audio Recording
A simple option of recording the session, includes video recording, with audio (unedited). The client will guide the camera operator as to what to focus on during the symposium. Raw material will be provided on a hard drive.
Audio Recording (MP3)
A professional voice recording of the session (unedited). Raw material will be provided on a USB-Stick.

Content Capturing
Live Streaming
The session will be recorded in a “webcast format” (same format as in the synchronized video/audio/PowerPoint Recording), and will be broadcasted live on the internet. Live Streaming allows for a wider range of viewers worldwide.
Live streaming can be open for public view, or alternatively closed and only available for designated groups of viewers or for a specific world region (as per the client’s preference). Strong internet connectivity is required in the session hall (additional Wi-Fi upgrading costs may apply).
Live Streaming does not include “hosting”– After the live streaming, the material will not be edited and uploaded into a webpage.

A voting feature in the congress app will enable participants who have Android or iOS devices to vote during sessions via the app. Participants who have other devices such as: windows phone, blackberry, etc. or laptops – will also be able to vote via a website address that will be provided to them.
A link to voting will be embedded in the app. The voting process itself is easy and intuitive – just click on the voting link, choose your answer and click “send”.

This feature in the congress app allows participants who have Android or iOS devices to evaluate session content and/or speakers at the end of the presentation. Participants who have other devices such as: windows phone, blackberry, etc. or laptops – will also be able to evaluate session content via a website address that will be provided to them.
An evaluation link will be embedded in the app. The evaluation process itself is easy and intuitive – just click on the evaluation link, and answer the questions

Q&A via Congress App
(‘Ask the Speaker’)
The Q&A feature in the congress app allows participants who have Android or iOS devices to send questions to the moderator/speakers LIVE via the congress app and throughout the symposium session. Participants who have other devices such as: windows phone, blackberry, etc. or laptops – will also be able to send questions via a website address that will be provided to them. Participants may send their questions with their name, or anonymously.
A link to “Ask the Speaker” will be embedded in the app. The process of asking questions is easy and intuitive – just click on “Ask the Speaker” link, type your question and click “send”
Session Interaction

This feature allows dynamic control by the session’s moderator.
The moderator chooses which questions will be approved and published.
